What are my shipping options?

For orders over 120 lbs or oversized items, Wood Splitter Outlet utilizes LTL freight services. If the delivery address is a business and has a shipping dock or forklift access, standard dock delivery is available.

For residential deliveries or locations without a dock or forklift, liftgate truck delivery is required for an additional fee. LTL residential deliveries are door to curbside.

If you are in need of a white glove delivery option, please contact us and we can work with our carriers to see if there are additional options for your location.

How much does liftgate delivery cost?

While the actual cost can vary, Wood Splitter Outlet offers a discounted liftgate delivery service for $75 in addition to the standard shipping costs.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Carefully inspect the packaging upon arrival. If any damage is noticed, note it on the bill of lading before signing for delivery. Take photos of the damage and send them to support@woodsplitteroutlet.com to initiate an insurance claim, service and repairs.

Can I return or exchange my wood splitter?

You can return new and unused items within 30 days of signing the bill of lading, but it is subject to a 25% restocking fee and you are responsible for all shipping costs, outbound and inbound. Used products are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, contact Wood Splitter Outlet (support@woodsplitteroutlet.com) for a return authorization number and instructions.

What is Wood Splitter Outlet's warranty policy?

Wood Splitter Outlet is a retailer and not a manufacturer, therefore warranty issues are handled directly through the manufacturer of the product. Does Wood Splitter Outlet ship internationally?

Currently, Wood Splitter Outlet only ships within the lower 48 states of the United States. They do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally at this time.

We can assist overseas deliveries or shipments to AK or Hawaii, but freight and/or customs clearance will be at your cost and discretion.
